Raymond Earl Jackson Sr., his father, earned global acclaim as a top-tier songwriter, responsible for hits such as Luther Ingram’s “If Loving You Is Wrong (I Don’t Want to be Right),” Johnnie Taylor’s “Who’s Making Love” and “Take Care Of Your Homework,” and tracks like The Legendary Staple Singers’ “Be What You Are” and “If You’re Ready (Come Go with Me),” among many others in his extensive repertoire

Driven by a passion for songwriting, composing and engineering, Corneslius, or CorNes, as he’s known, set out to establish his own mark. Acquiring his father’s music catalog from “Rondor Music International” marked the start of his journey, where he honored his heritage while carving a path with “CorNes Production.”
CorNes, self-taught in the nuances of the music industry, CorNes delved into producing, arranging, and composing music that resonates with authenticity and truth. His vision extended to forming “W3MUSICGROUP” alongside his brother Raymond Jr. and lifelong friend Jimi Hill, driven by the belief in their collective potential and shared destiny. Corneslius Jackson is the son of Eva Johnson and legendary Stax writer producer Raymond Jackson Sr. who penned soul hits for Stax. His father Raymond was best known for various hit songs, “If Loving You Is Wrong (I Don’t Want to be Right) which was recorded by Luther Ingram. “Who’s Making Love” for soul singer Johnnie Taylor, also “Be What You Are” and “If You’re Ready (Come Go With Me),” for the legendary Staple Singers,’these were no doubt some of his best known songs.
Cornes father was one of the best writers not only in Memphis, but in the whole world.” He also was an accomplished musician , he had been featured guitarist Staple Singers gold singles, ‘respect Yourself,” and “I’ll Take You There,” and Carla Thomas’ “I May Not Be All You Want.” He had also played for other Staple Singers’ releases.
After obtaining his father’s catalog from Rondor Music International. He began his arduous journey of walking in his own footsteps. While embracing his heritage and ethics close to heart he was now ready to establish CorNes Production.
CorNes taught himself the ins and outs of the music business. Producing, arranging, writing and composing music for the people that is genuine and true!

Corneslius Jackson is the son of Eva Johnson and heir of the late legendary songwriter and musician (Stax Records), Raymond Earl Jackson, Sr. CorNes was born in Memphis, Tennessee near the banks of the mighty Mississippi.
After obtaining his father’s catalog from Rondor Music International. CorNes began his arduous journey of walking in his own footsteps. While embracing his heritage and ethics close to heart he was now ready to establish CorNes Production.
CorNes taught himself the ins and outs of the music business. Producing, arranging, writing and composing music for the people that is genuine and true!
CorNes, vision included joining with his brother Raymond Jr and their lifetime friend JIMI to form the group W3. CorNes stated, “It was something about their destiny (three little boys) and what they could accomplish by combining their dreams and destiny together.” Cornes was determine, eager, wanted too and had to explore this togetherness!
CorNes writes with integrity and realism which has produce a sound that is “ALIVE” and lyrics that generates thoughts. He has taken the STAX FLAVOR of soulful rhythm And blues to a new level!!! CorNes has combined the rich sultry soulful sound with modern day technology and has come up with bass lines and lyrics that are undeniably timeless.
